Has anyone played with a Dark Horse cue?

I've seen the work up close, not bad but not worth what the dealers are asking. Go directly to the builder

Nothing "off" but he's a relatively new maker. I've seen dealers asking premium prices for routine work. What's the budget you have for a cue? You'd be astounded what fits in that budget.
 
I'm looking for a break cue and happened to see one of his and it looked nice. I was considering a Rush or Breach but his caught my eye.
 
I have 3 or 4 of his cues. Cary does a nice job and his break cues are solid. He is easy to work with. He used to live in South Dakota but now lives in Montana. His prices are good - you'll be pleased.
