Has anyone seen 'Poolhall Junkies'?

It's not as bad as The Baltimore Bullet, but not as good as The Color of Money (not that I consider Color of Money to be particularly good).

Horrible

It sucked. what is sad is that we are still talking about this crappy movie that came out like 5 years ago, because nothing else has come out about pool since.

Thats an hour & a half of life I wish I could get back.

I agree completely. This was without a doubt, one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my life! The acting was atrocious (w/ the exception of Walken, of course), the story sucked horribly, the pool scenes were completely worthless, and the ending just tops it all off. That was the dumbest ending that could have possibly been thought of to end a 'pool' movie. Oh well, I guess it's better than watching grass grow...errrr...now that I think about, no it's not. JMHO.

The movie was actually quite entertaining, but why are people talking about this movie like it didn't come out 3 years ago or something, ive had it on DVD what seems like forever, hey anyone heard of the movie titanic, I heard it did well at the box office, lmao.

The story wasnt that bad, there were some entertaining parts, but IMO there were too many bank shots and the ending was way too CHEESEY!

They are talking about it like it just came out, because it did when most of these posts were written. 6 Pocket Mike resurected a thread from May of 2003 for some reason.

No way dude...grass has to be mowed which sucks:D

I liked to movie ok, nothing special:)

I'm going to say one thing, and one thing only about this:

If you didn't complain that Ricky Bobby was an unrealistic display of stock car racing, then don't complain about Poolhall Junkies butchering pool.

It's a movie more about people than pool.

If anyone wants to see Poolhall Junkies Spike TV is showing it July 16. My Tivo has it set to record at 6AM but you might want to check your own listings.
