The race to 100 was for 20 k per man. If i remember correctly after about 35 games Dennis was in control for the rest of the match . As far as comming out of nowhere Dennis finished second to Buddy Hall 19 years ago in the U S Open 9 ball championship. Hall was on the hill and then Dennis jioned him there , only to break dry and have Buddy run the table.
