having pic trouble

I just got a cue back from refinish, no lizard wrap or ivory dots:D
I can't get the pics small enough to upload. I tried to use my view ahead photoshop but it's an invalid file on AZ and my Microsoft photo editor got them down to just over 100 but still too big. Can someone throw me a bone?

Have you tried to convert them to .gif files? I have found them to be the easiest to keep file size down in, and can generally get my pics in under the 100KB limit.

ANDY. i have a windows program that works awesome.. affectivley you right click on the pic and select resize and then what size you want it to be and it does it for you.. works great with lots of pics too..

no problem.. usually i resize to the 800x600.. and that does the trick.. usually gets it to about 80k.. or so.. chris
