As I vaguely recall, the UMB suspension was for two years from the date of the last participation in a PBA event. Another factor is that the Belgian federation will need to accept him back for at least some UMB events. I imagine that what actually happens is somewhat up for negotiation/compromise.

Bob, I think the maximum suspension the UMB uses is one year. At this point, it looks like a reconciliation with PBA and a return to UMB are both fraught with difficulties for FC. One of our greatest talents ever, this is really a sad situation.
