Heading to Orlando next week

Will be in Orlando Tuesday - Friday next week, be busy during the day and early evening with team dinners and such but planning on getting out around 8 or 9 in the evening to play somewhere at least one or two nights. Will be staying near I-Drive area I believe.

From what I remember there was a place way down on OBT that was okay, and Backstage Billiards that was not great but close. I was also at some place about 20 minutes away that was half smoking and half non-smoking, can't remember the name. I also heard about the new room (Cuephoria?) that's probably the same distance away, so will probably check that out unless I get any other suggestions, especially since I love to play 3-cushion and I think they have a table.

So, any other suggestions or anyone who wants to meet and play?

East Orlando - Clicks on 434 (I think) and Trick Shots on University blvd.
West Orlando - Trick Shots at Hiawassee and Old Winter Garden rd.
South Orlando - Backstage Billiards on OBT south of I-4
I Drive area - Backstage Billiards at I-Drive and I-4

There are more, but they escape me at the moment.

The 2 places you mentioned were Jimmys Billiards and Corner pocket. They are both closed now unfortunately. Cuephoria is the ONLY place in town that has nice tables, and clean, new balls. Don't even bother going anywhere else.....
There used to be a tournament on Wed., but double check.

Last year 4 rooms closed down in Orlando...

for 3 cushion billiards get in touch. i also live in jacksonville but i go to Savannah. They even have a 3 cushion tournament every 3rd Saturday of a month. They do have 2 heated tables. email me at agibala@yahoo.com.
i only play 3 cushion billiards.
 
Thanks guys for the info. I drove to Cuephoria and had a good time, good clean equipment and great staff. Played in the Wed tournament and met some nice and very good players, pleasantly surprised. Couldn't make it back before I left, but will definitely head there again if I'm in the area.
