Thank you,
I understand pool is on the downswing in alot of places. If you ever have a chance to visit Mr Cues II in atlanta do so. You will see that some people still succeed even in a grim market. I have been around pool most of my life and I think I have a plan that will work in our area. I had one of the most succesful rooms in the Cleveland area and I like to think it wasn't by accident. My old room is still there 21 years later its called Big Daddys.
My plan is simple...get the APA involved, take care of the "players" have alot of tables 50-60 so I can offer cheap rates for todays struggling community. Have a full bar on one side and a under 17 side also. Leagues and tournaments, on bar tables and 9 fters.
Oh, and work everyday 18 hrs a day for no pay!
Hows that sound.
Not be in debt to start out.
