Helmstetter ID please.

One of my teammates on my league team occasionally plays with this older Helmstetter. I was hoping someone could ID the exact model for me and tell me of the 90% value for it listed in the Bluebook (mine is in storage.)

The cue has four ebony points with green, orange, red, and black veneers, and a butterfly splice between each point. The butterflies are made up of red, orange, black paper, and green veneers. The butt appears to be ebony at first glance, but after looking twice you can see that it has figure like rosewood.

These pictures are poor quality and fail to show the entire butt in one picture. (Sorry, they're the best I could do with my phone.)

It is an interesting cue.

It is a nice cue that is direly in need of restoration and TLC. I would like to buy the cue, but the owner has one number and I have another. At the very least I'd like to know the model and approximate age range so that I can be on the lookout in the future for a similar cue.

Does anyone want to take a stab at identifying it?
Does anyone have a digital copy of any of Helmstetter's older brochures?

I think it is a model 97-13 someone had one on here a year ago and was asking $200
