help getting a cue

its tax season, time to get me a new cue and I'm wondering which one should get. im overseas and in the military so I dont really have time to test hit a cue or shaft. I have a jt-1 judd fuller 21oz. which it felt heavy for me and I do not want to use it as an everyday cue aswell (it has a chip in it already). I'd also adopted TOI as far as aiming is concern and alot of people tell me I have a bustamante stroke. without further ado here's what im looking at so far. btw up to $450 is my price range..

OB cues-not too sure which one (ob2 or classic pro)
BD cues-with ss360
Cuetec- either get a predator 312z shaft, ob2, or classic pro
mcdermott-either get the (I-3, ob2, ob classic pro, or 312z)
samsara cues- $500 is the lowest ive seen and its already pullin a leg on my budget
tiger cues- same as samsara

or I can just get a a shaft (312z, ob 2 or classic pro) to put in to my judd.

these are the cues ive looked so far..never test hit any of them either. my judd has an 11.75 shaft with kamui med so im trying to get as close to that. I also have a big stroke if thats gonna matter. any opinions are much appreciated.

This is really good advice! Pat makes a great sneaky pete cue and it's definitely one of the best ways you could spend your money in my oppinion. There have been some popping up on the for sale forum too.
