Help hanging light for pool table - low ceiling.

Hello:

I have a pool table in my basement that has low, 7 foot ceilings.
The light I want to hang is a four light, 44"L x 15"H with two chains that have the wiring in each. To be more specific, this light:
http://www.ramgameroom.com/product/cf-billiard-blu/

From what I was told by the table installers the bottom of the light needs to be 62" from the floor. With it being 15" high that only leaves me 7" from the top of the light to the double hook canopy for the chains.

My concern is that is not enough room for the chains since there will be undo stress on them since they would be at about a 30 degree angle.

I was thinking of using toggle bolts and hanging the light as is but using the extra chain that was cut off to run straight up to the ceiling on each side. So it would form a "W" - more like an upside down "M." Would this be sufficient enough for securing in just the sheetrock? The light is 34 pounds and the toggle bolts I have seen are rated for wall use not direct downward force. Do they even make anything like that? The swag hooks I have seen are only 10 pounds and I do not want to move the light.

Another option I was thinking of was using single canopies on either side of the center box. I would just use the retrofit ceiling fan braces and then run wire from the center box to each side and wire each chain wire there. And then use a painted cover to seal up the center box.

Is there a better method or is it as easy as just getting stronger chain and swapping out the existing chain on the light? The box I have in the ceiling now is heavy duty and should support that. It was mounted before the ceiling went up and is an adjustable brace between the studs to be in the center of the room...

Sorry for the long post and thanks for any help!

Just an idea. Secure J hooks into ceiling studs and run a pipe in the J. Secure the chain around the pipe. This way chains can be vertical and you can adjust the height almost all the way to the ceiling by securing the chain around the pipe and raising it all together and place in the J. See attached pic.
Another benefit of this is your ceiling studs could be offset from center of table. You would just need a longer pipe to possibly span to another stud. Then slide your light on the pipe to center it under the table.

I did what he said.

I have a low ceiling in my basement and the led panel turned out great.

Doesn't help the guy if he already purchased the light. What if he doesn't like the look of those led lights?

I haven't gotten the light yet just planning now.
Never seen the led lights. Anyone have a link to them or something?
And my studs are running the other from the drawing. I guess I could make the work...
