Help...I Need a Repair....

Looking for a cue maker with some time to do a repair and refinish at a fair price...money is tight, as with many of us.
I need a Cocobolo butt Sleeve replaced and the wrapless cue refinished....I can feel where the ebony handle meets the forearm and butt sleeve as well, the Sterling Sliver veneers on the forearm can also be felt. If the cue can be lightened up in the process that would be a plus.

Just a quick question. Is there something wrong with the sleeve? I see a couple of dings but doesn't appear to be cracked. Also it will be very difficult to get another piece of coco to match what is in the forearm if that is of an importance to you.
