help ID a cue

The cue is over 20 years old, never been hit and thought to be a Southwest. There is no id mark on the pin Does that rule it out as Southwest?

Confused.

Pic of pin is OK for clarity..but inconclusive as yet

Pic of inside butt is horrendous. Focus out on butt and then focus inside.

Pics of points would help as well as overall pic.
 
Yes you are correct, the owner has two cues that i photographed and I screwed up by mixing them up. Another AZer has confirmed what needed to be confirmed . It is a Jerry Franklin Southwest cue made before he was inscribing something on the joint pin.
Both of these cues are as new and will indeed draw some interest when they go on sale.
