Help ID a cue

Please help me ID the brown cue with multi color wrap.
I purchased both these cues together, both play great. Thanks for your help. The hoppe I believe is 1945-1951.
The pin is 5/16x18 that comes out of shaft and screws into butt. Please look at the bumper off of the cue as it is something I never seen before and may help ID it quickly.

reminds me of some of the earlier cheaper imports
nice hoppe though.

I like the way it plays, not selling, just curious. The unknown cue was the cue that was played most from the looks of it. But the hoppe hits great.
