Help ID Unknown custom cue 4 points with Ivory diamonds in butt.

I am curious if anyone here might know who may have made the cue that I am providing pictures of.

I think that it is a 4 point cue (I forgot to count the points, and I do not have the cue), and it appears to have many ivory inlays in it.

Do any of you know who may have made the cue?

I took a picture of some gibberish that is marked under the rubber bumper, and my picture is of poor quality, but it would be impossible to make out what it is even with the very best and clearest picture.

Thanks for any opinions about the cue.

Here are bigger pictures, but they show other cues that are in the case (so that is why I edited the pictures to just show the 1 cue). If anyone is interested to know, the cue to the right of it is a Chat Carter custom with a Prather custom butt (so Prather made the entire part of the cue that is below the wrap section, and then Carter built the rest of the cue and added the Prather butt on to it to finish the cue off). Thanks.

big pics....no help

It would be easier if you just took a picture of all the cues in that place and asked about them all at once.

No need for that because there are only a couple that are unknown. I am just doing it for the owner, so maybe he will offer me a nice trade deal on my Webb cue. This is the only other cue that he asked me to ask about. The other one turned out to be a Lucasi, but I am sure he will not be happy to find that out about the cue.

If I had to put a name on that cue I would say Dale Perry the diamonds are vary similar to one of his cues that I owned. That would be a good place to start!

So it might be an early Dale Perry (before he started making really cheap quality cues, and selling them on ebay)? I do not know about his older cues, but I do not think his newer ones have sharp points (like the points on this one has).
