Help Identifing and selling cue

I have a cue that has an odd joint, and there are 2 things written in the cue. One says "Norm Webber Special" the other says "Bourques" I did some searching and found that Norm Webber is an older pool player but I'm having problems finding out anything about the "Bourques" name. One search led me to Dan Bourque, but there isn't a website that is up. However I find it odd that the name on the cue has an "s" at the end. I don't think any cue maker signs his name tascarellas or herceks etc. Plus this is a very odd joint. I posted any pics that has any relevant markers so if anyone could help, I'd appreciate it. It doesn't look like an extremely valueable cue so I was wondering if I should pawn it, or sell it on ebay, or here. I got it dirt cheap. Thanks for any help.

Look at the name again Bour Ques....the last 4 letters spells ques. that is probably why they spelled it that was. kinda unique i think. i have heard and seen norm webber play. goes by the name Farmer................mike

This is all info from the Blue Book, so I don't know if it is still current. According to the blue book, the cues have decent value, but I have never seen one.
 
another search I just did lead me to a Doug Bourque. So now I have a two cue makers by the name of Bourque who start with "D" I'm thinking it could be Dan if he's in New England, because my searches have led me to Norm Webber being in New England but I'm just guessing

This is very close to the style of plain jane I'm looking for, except for the joint. I'll offer you $150 for it.
 
I emailed the cue maker monday and I'll hope to get a reply on the value of his cue. I will get back to everyone tuesday night. I was hoping for a nice round $250. I wanted to be fair and I posted a few more pics showing it's in good condition with a few dings pictured. There is a chip in the butt cap, but the forearm is excellent.

Is the butt and shaft straight together and apart? what is the shaft tip size? Close to 13 or full 13mm?what does it weigh? Thanks.
 
I emailed the cuemaker and this is what he replied with:

It sold for $350.00 new now it is a collector price cue. Twenty cues were made. It’s called a Jerico-BourQue. Jerry Powers of Clyde Texas made them under my specks for Norman Webber. Norman Webber is in his late 70s and is a trick short artist. Jerry is a master cue maker and well known. I am known for the invention patens I own and 300 cues out there that I made. My basic cue that I make is $1000.00 Because of the status of the cue I would start at a $1000.00 and get what the market will bare remember only 20 in the world. Follow up on info on Norm my site http://bourques.com/ hit the 4 ball keep me posted Dan.

While I don't know if the market will bare this to be a $1000 cue, I did state in the PM I would like to get around 1/2 the value of the cue. I don't know if this is in your price range, but I'm not terribly greedy and think $400 used is where I would start and can work from there. If you're still interested the cue specs are:

19.02 oz
58 inches long
Balance 19" from butt
12.7mm shaft
Very minor wobble together; no worse than any cue I own. Just not DEAD straight. Straight butt, even tinier wobble in shaft when apart.
