Help identify this cue

Could use some help from AZB in identifying the maker of this cue. I was told it was a Gilbert but that has since been confirmed as not being the case. Signature is shown but very hard to read. Believed to be made from a Davies blank and purchased in Vegas c.2001. Great hitting cue too.

Any help is appreciated.
