help identify unknown cue?

I am curious if anyone knows who may have made the cue in the pictures below?

The butt has a logo of a pool player standing on top of a globe (not sure what the player is standing on, lol).

If anyone know for sure (or a good guess) as to who made the cue, than I would really like to know.

The wrap looks very cheap (not Irish linen), but I am not sure.

Thanks.

I agree, World of Leisure.

I am watching that cue on Ebay. IMHO it is already overpriced or at least perhaps maxed out in price for somebody who wants such a cue.

China/Taiwan import I think. I am not sure of which manufacturer or factory. Along the lines of the Victory pool cues. Think like Wilson or Spalding branded cues but a little nicer.

They can be half decent shooters, as with any cues of this genre.

Thanks for the info chopdoc. I was hoping that maybe it was an old helmstetter (lol), but that wrap makes it look really cheap to me. Maybe it would look really nice with a nice leather wrap on it.

The cue reminded me of a McDermott cue that I have seen before. I really love the long points (that go almost up to the joint).

Personally, I like it. If I had the spare cash I would snag it, but you know I dig some of the cheaper cues.
