Help identifying a cue.

I don't remember if I posted this in this section before or not, but I'm trying to identify the makers mark of this cue for a friend. The cue is a very well made Hoppe style. The points are dead even, and all aspects of the cue are characteristic of a build by a very skilled maker. Just wondering if anyone recognizes the makers mark. Thanks for your help.

looks familiar, maybe Randy Mobley but I can't say for sure. You would have a much better chance for an ID if you post it in the cue and case forum
