Help identifying Brunswick pool table and accessories

I just bought this used Brunswick pool table from a guy. I have done some research and found out the rack, cues, and balls are all centennial. The cues are made in Canada and the balls are quite discolored which make me believe this setup is quite old. I also have asked the original owner and he tells me he has had this from brand new for many years. Thanks for any help.

Brunswick has (had) all their table models on its website.
