help identifying unknown cue?

Does anyone know who (or what company) may have made the cue in the pictures that I have listed here?

The cue is 58 inches long, and it does not have any makers marks on it.

Does it appear to be good quality, or do the inlays look like (appear to be) overlays?

Do you have a picture of the bumper? I don't know if it is one, but it looks a helluva lot like a Mcdermott a friend of mine has but with a different pin.
