Hi there, wondering if someone in here might be able to help me.
The corner castings stick up a little bit, and I don't seem to be able to get them flush.
When I try to fix it, I remove the drop pocket, and then loosen the bolts holding the corner casting, line it up flush with the rails and start tightening. But as I start to tighten, the corners start lifting. Is that likely a result of a defect, or something I'm not doing while adjusting them? Is there more information I can provide to help provide me with assistance?
