Got some news back from Mike Cochran at Scruggs cues...I've copied the email below..didn't know if anyone wanted to know or new anything about them...

It looks like your "TS" logo on the bottom, so hence, this e-mail"
"It was not made here. I believe it was made by a company called The Shaft. They stole Tims logo and I think they were out of business in record time."
