HELP! My diamond table plays long!!

I just bought a 2 yr old diamond pro am in great condition with new simonis 860 on it. The problem is that balls (tried 2 different kinds so thats not the reason) are not taking any english off the rails and are banking sooooo long, at least a diamond on a long bank. And diamonds are supposed to bank real short! Even if i hit a pocket a ball with a little speed and put a lot of inside english on the CB, it comes off the rail at a normal angle. Any ideas? Im so confused
 
If your 860 is new, give it a minute to break/wear in. Took my bar tables about 4-5 days of steady play to come around. Brian.

Tighten the rails bolts to 15ft lbs. ;)
 
The new cloth needs to break in somewhat . Balls will skid off the rails at first , after you have put your hand everywhere it will go away . Wish napped cloth would come back instead of overpriced rail cloth ...:angry:
