HELP! My streaming video feed sucks

I am currently watching the Immonen/Feijen match and the feed I'm getting keeps fading in and out.Anyone else having problems with today video?
My computers really modern and I have a brand new monitor.Are their any adjustments/settings I can play with.

Detailed/simple instructions appreciated.

1. Close all programs that are connected to the internet and that you don't need.
2. Right click on the video screen and go to setting, click on the folder and change 10 km to 10 mb.
