HELP NEEDED....To ID This Cue....

Hi..Can make out some of it..solid SS Joint with 3/8-10 pin..

also has weight system..i can see what appears as..

1/06 in the middle..and like.. 30#3 on the right..the left

is difficult to make out..thanks ahead of time for any input..SA

For what it's worth, I think it says "3 OF 3" on it, (not "30#3" like you mentioned originally) if that helps anyone at all.
