Hi.

Around 5 months ago I bought a brand new table: Dynamic III 9ft with Northern Rubber rails.

A two weeks ago since that time I had first occasion to play on this table. And immediatly I spotted a issue with the rail. In the begining I thought it was just one, but then I took with camera and I notice it was all of them.

Sometimes it hops/ jumps off the rail in 2cm sometimes 20cm.

I checked on which height is nose of the cushion and is 35-37 mm from the bed.
I using Aramith TV Pro 57,2mm balls.

Humidity in room is 52%, Temperature 20 -21 C.

I was shooting without ani spin, without elevation of cue.

I adding to short movies of which I shot in the morning, they are on youtube:

So my question are:
1. What is the reason for it ?
2. Is this a foult of Dynamic Billiards company, for using Northern Rubber raild for pool table ?

3. How to solve this problem

This problem is familiar. In our club I noticed that same thing happening to our Dynamic tables too. I also noticed the northern rubbers feel a bit harder than, for example, artemis. You might consider a rail swap. Northern Rubbers originated doing snooker rubbers.

I contacted to my dealer, and so he came and took rails to dynamic. After one month of them having a rails, they said that the balls are not hop of the rails. So I asked them to do the test with shots strong of 3/4 length of the table, and record the test, So I can see the results. Since that time, I haven't had the answer from them.

Those are the videos of my test which were send to them:

Well I bought this table as a brand new, it is still on warranty, and for sure I won't have a table with rails playing as crap as they play now :) They have to do something about it

Keep me posted as to what they come up with. Dynamic also came up short one time when I bought a Fury EV5 cue with 314 shaft. Suddenly I have another player in a poolhall with the same "limited number 001". Dynamic only claimed to have recalled that set. As for tables.... A percentage of them, I know, does in fact play well. But from what I heard from people at the Eurotour, is that sometimes they do have to replace a table's slate there because the table runs crooked and even that person claimed he heard more "complaints" at the eurotour about those northern rubbers. But hey, if they endorse, they make a good advertisement.
