Help on a solid purpleheart butt section with chip in clearcoat!!!

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO REPAIR THIS WITHOUT RESHOOTING THE WHOLE BUTT SECTION.

I HAVE WORKED WITH PURPLEHEART BEFORE AND IT IS SO DENSE THAT THE CLEARCOAT SETS ON TOP OF THE WOOD INSTEAD OF PENETRATING AND IT BECOMES BRITTLE.

CAN I USE LIKE THE CYRO- GLUE CLEARCOAT SYSTEM TO REPAIR, OR
WHAT CAN I INJECT INTO THE ARE TO CLEAR THE AREA WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE HAZING OF THE CRACKED CLEARCOAT AREA??

I have found there is no process that will work 100% of the time for 100% of the cues. For me, it depends on the type of finish. Is it UV, polyurethane, epoxy, CA, etc. Each has different properties and will require different techniques to polish.

Next I look at the type of wood and depth of chip. Even if I can blend the new with the old finish/filler, will the exposed wood look the same? Maybe. The exposed wood may darken with a filler, making the repair obvious. Obvious is unacceptable.

The wood is perfect, i guess purpleheart is very hard wood

The chips are the cleacoat only, and, i don't know what it is made of, the make of the cue, passsed away about 7 years ago.

This is a danny stout cue,

if you have time and can do a search, i just posted the stout cue, if you can take a look,
i have shown the butt to show the area i am talking about
