Ernie Martinez cue


Can someone help me out what's a real value on this cue???

On the blue book is value at $5800 I just want to know what's a real price to list this cue for?

$5800 seems like it was the price when new at the time. When was the cue made and the materials used?

I guess the real question of value is what the market will hold right now especially with the ivory laws in California.

Just trying to get an idea of when it was made.
I can't tell if the pin is brass in the pic, but if it's stainless, then it was made in '95 or '96If that pin is brass then it's 2012 or newer, and there were about 8 more 3/8-12 pins inbetween.
Either way the cue is worth quite a bit, not 5K but maybe close.

Neat....I didn't realize Ernie made others with mirrored "Escher" designs.

A huge determining factor is if the white material is ivory or holly. Looks to be holly to me.

And just as an FYI, and I'm just trying to help, but someone with as many items for sale as you have, you do not seem to post enough details about the cues in your WFS threads IMO.
