You can tell this cue being sold on E-Bay is old if you examine the pictures, the buttcap on this cue was white when it was first made, the clear coat and plastics yellow with age. It looks original "new or like new" to me.
You can still buy replacement shafts "old style", meaning no dot on the shafts, to match any Meucci. If the shaft looks new and white, it probably is a replacement shaft. the older shafts tend to have color in the wood.
The old Meucci logo was abandoned in the late 1980's. It was a press that rolled the logo on under pressure.
