HELP ~ Table purchase & install - Ft. Collins, Colorado

A close friend in Ft. Collins is looking to buy her 1st pool table.
She wants something that will last. At this point not sure of size yet.
She sent me a link to "Colorado Pool Table Exchange".
I'm hoping 'measureman', 'cuebuddy' or anyone else famaliar with
the area's dealers that could help her out.

If she’s not too picky on brand or form factor, why not just troll around online marketplaces? The bulk of a table’s playability is in how it’s set up, anyway.
 
I found a used Diamond table on Marketplace two years ago.
It was in a nice home in Ft Collins and was bought new from Diamond. Very little play, table and the perimeter LED light along with a great set of balls for $4000.
This table was essentially new. It is in my Daughters home now.
David Isaacs company broke it down and reassembled it and were able to reuse the 860 cloth on it.
It was a very sweet deal.
David Isaacs was awesome.

Someone on FB Marketplace is selling a 7ft Diamond for $400 in Colorado Springs but I think it might be a scam.

There are many other cheaper options on marketplace but they are not Diamond tables.

That's one of those that sounds "too good to be true".
