Help: Who made this case?

I need your help. I think the case was made by Ron Thomas 15 years ago. There was no name in the lid but the interior is like my other 2 Ron Thomas cases. Top and buttom are typically made of black diamondwood.

Hey nice case for sure.. I have one that is very similar but more of a brown color.. What are these cases worth? Anyone know about what they will bring in excellent condition?
