Help With ACCESSING TAR PPV

Anybody out there can help. I'm unable to access the PPV link. I can go to any other website but with that PPV link I get "Diagnose internet connection" window. It's not my connection which is Roadrunner. I also tried accessing with Firefox & Safari. Using IE currently

You might already be doing this, but:
1. Go to www.theactionreport.com
2. Click on "CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE ALL THREE DAYS OF STREAMING..."
3. Log-in under returning user
4. Click Access Content
5. Use Firefox or Safari (doesn't work with Google Chrome and IE sucks)
