I have had a lot of trouble getting the login to work with chrome , had IE is too old. anyone else have issues ? I have reset password and when I try it will not show me online.

thanks

You might need to go into Chrome's "history" and clear it all out.

menu item History -> Show Full History -> Clear Browsing Data

Chrome here.... no problems. I do delete my history on a regular basis though.

"I have reset password and when I try it will not show me online"? So first, you reset the password. Can you login or not?

Try another browser. I've been using Microsoft Edge for some years now. I no longer use Chrome at all.

Brave works well for me, also.

I used two windows systems with chrome. Chrome is just slow to load at times. Slow like it takes more than 5 minutes to load.
On a linux system this issue does not happen.

Try from a mobile browser.

Chrome works well if a few maintenance steps are followed.
  • Set up a Gmail account that is only used as a login to Chrome. Then, log on when you first bring up the browser. It will remember passwords if you choose to allow it. It will also remember all your bookmarks, even when using another computer (if you log in on that computer). Just remember to log out of Chrome when leaving any computer that you do not own and are not the sole user of.
  • Clear your browsing history from time to time.
  • Don't wait for Chrome to automatically update. Periodically, click on the three dots at the very upper right. In the pop-up menu, click Settings. This will open a new Tab. On the menu to the left, click "About Chrome". It will update if you are not using the current version.
Or, you can use another browser. Microsoft killed IE in the last few weeks, but their Edge is available. Anything you use requires a bit of maintenance, though.
