Looks like it could be3 a mid 70's Rich cue, or Brunswick. Both cues were made by the same company overseas and imported. Just a change of foil separated the two.

Bluebook 3, page 670 model 5-n, or similar. I have a 5-p Rich / Brunswick I will be posting in a few days.

thanks for the response... i called the guy and he said he had just sold it.... for $20. should i be kicking myself for not calling an hour earlier?
