Help with Cue ID

Can anyone tell me who made these cues. I have had them for many years and I would really like to know who made them. Both have 5/16X18 pins. The weight bolt in the cue on the left fits the cue on the right

I'm not sure about the bottom cue but I'm pretty sure the top cue is a Frank Paradise with what looks to be a Burton Spain blank but I would need closer pics of the veneers. I always thought Paradise used 5/16 14 pin though, who knows I could be wrong. I'm sure others will chime in.
 
Sorry, i thought I read that you said they were 3/8 10 pin. Yeah I would definitely say the top cue is a Paradise, not sure if it's a Spain blank though
 
Interesting cues you have there. The top cue does look rather like a paradise cue. There was one for sale here a while back that was very similar. http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=206506 It has a forearm that looks very much like a first year Palmer. But Eugene may have made it before they split company?

The second cue definitely appears to have a Burton Spain forearm and may well be one of his cues.
