Help with garage sale jump cue id

I think that's a two piece "shorty" for basement / tight bar pool. Or a stick for an oompa loompa either way, I don't think it's a jump cue by design.

I don't think you can tell from the pics but this cue is small like a jump cue.
Overall length is 43-3/4 in. and the butt is 0.981 thick shaft is 28-1/4 long and 11.4mm at the ferrule butt is 15.5 long. It could be a kids cue.
