Help with ID and Age of ADAM cue and Unknown cue??

Any info and age would be helpful? Also, the box case, I have not seen another like it, any info on the case, 'crystal leisure' box case would also be helpful. Thanks

Any info on Year, original Price, If this is a full splice?
