Help with identifying these.

Just purchased a GC 3.
These 6 pieces came as part of the accessories. Can someone help identify these and what they are used for? Can you also let me know if they are still used today? What are they worth?

The table i bought has a ball return system.
i am wondering if they came from the owners previous 6 x 12 snooker table.
