Help With Live Stream?

If anyone has either aim or yahoo chat, I would really like some help setting up the live streaming for my location. I have an account created through ustream. I am currently trying to figure out the "Broadcasting in Higher Quailty" I am having issues with an error code with the XML file download.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

For Broadcasting in Higher Quality, what is prefered to use?



Flash Media Encoder (FME)

or

Ustream High Quality Encoder (VP6)
