Help with old JOSS ID

Player - MWK & Barnett
I found this Old Joss on local site and the individual says its a 1968 Joss with 4 shafts. Only 3 pics and none very good. Im not that familiar with Joss but it appears the butt cap has been replaced. Other than that it looks solid and he is asking $600 for it. Good deal or pass deal. Any help and advise is appreciated.

Thanks.

If it's straight and solid with no major cracks or issues, it might be worth twice that amount. I would pick it up A.S.A.P.

Well as luck would have it, I made contact with the gentleman and he's already got it sold, hopefully the deal falls through and I can still pick it up...fingers crossed.

I looked at it last weekend, it looked nice. The shafts were really thin for me, 11mm, 12mm, 12.3mm and 12.4mm. Two of the shafts were made by Andy Gilbert. The joint was ivory but not the butt. The rings were small blocks with the veneer colors used to make them. If his deal falls through, I'd bet Andy could tell you something more about the cue if you were interested.
