help with pictures

I was trying to use photo bucket I can add pic to album but can't access
to down load. I know it can't be that hard to do. thanks, john
 
When you want to post a pic from your album
Pick you picture
4 boxes come up under it
copy and paste bottom box(IMG CODE)
 
I think you can right click on the picture and choose "copy image location" then hit the insert image button above the posting text box and paste it into the box that pops up.

I can't get back to photo bucket to pick. After I click on picture icon and
chose manage attachments the screen comes up where browse and upload
is at. that is far as I can go. How do I get to picture in photo bucket?
I know it is so simple to do. thanks for your help. john
