My friend has 20ish year old meucci
just starting to play again and
is thinking abut getting an after market low deflection shaft
does anyone know what pin this is?

Not really. I've been at this a long time and I've worked on almost everything under the rainbow.
Well, Not everything, but certainly a lot.

Lacking a thread pitch guage, you could always just measure it.
Lock a caliper at .500 and hold it to the threads and see how many it spans. Double that and you have TPI.
