Help with US Customs Issue

I recently sent a few cues to a friend in the Philippines and ran into a snag. The package arrived in Manila through DHL, however the package was than requested (by exactly whom I don't know) to be sent back to US Customs to be inspected by Fish and Wildlife.
My question is, One of the three cues contained a small amount of Mother of Pearl, the other two have no exotics at all. What most likely will happen?
DHL said the package will be sent back (to the Philippines)once it clears US inspection...what if one cue posses an issue? will they seize it? seize all of them? Come to my home with a search warrant?
I know you can all just speculate on this, but maybe someone has had some experience.

Mother of Pearl should be no problem, someone probably thought it was ivory.

I don't know what they could do.

Big differences between Import and Export.

When Importing, the MOP would be a huge issue for F&W.

When Exporting, they are primarily concerned with Contraband, including Ivory, in accordance with CITES.

So as long as there's no Ivory, you won't have any problems.

But be aware that they can charge you for the Inspection Fee!!
