Richard Helmstetter cue (a short splice butt, according to Manwon). Shaft is smooth and ferrule is 12.90 mm. Cue weighs around 19 oz. If anyone knows what year and model this cue is I would greatly appreciate the info. Thanks.

Cue hits very well. It has its typical playing battle scars, but nothing serious.

Older Richard Helmstetter cue I believe is a full splice butt, but I could be wrong. Only way to check is to replace the wrap. If anyone knows what year and model this cue is I would greatly appreciate the info. Thanks.

The cue is a 98 series Helmstetter that was made in the Mid-1990's. The cue is not Full Splice it is however, a short splice.

These cues were manufactured for Competition Sport's and are no longer for sale.
