$5000 added and not even a mention here on AZBilliards. I don't blame AZBilliards, I'm sure the tour folks just didn't feed any info to AZ.
The tournament was played at Hard Times Billiards in Sacramento CA and run by the tour's promoters.
The AZ in AZ Billiards stands for Arizona... much more west coast than east coast. I would assume that either he wasn't given the info or when there's multiple events going on, he has to pick the one he thinks will generate the most interest in order to decide which story to put on the main page.stolz2 said:I get the feeling, that maybe the AZ website powers that be are east coast based. There was a little link.

I told him I had all the chances I needed and that I hoped he won the tournament so that I can say I lost to the guy who won the tournament. We both agreed that its best to lose to the guy who ends up winning, it just feels better. We had a good laugh
. Congrats again Dave.

16 players were left on the final day and I was told that there were more than the usual amounts of Hill-Hill matches. 3hours+ per match took its toll.
thx. But yea, you might be right. I played one of my best matches ever. That one jump shot was one of the best shots of my career. Anyways, maybe one day...Jimmy M. said:Too bad you didn't play the way you played on me in San Diego. This might be a "congrats to Oscar" thread.![]()
