I've admired this cue for awhile and would love to own it but we'd both be playig with fire.

New York banned the sale or purchase of ivory on August 1, 2014 & California was July 1. 2016.

Your domcile is displayed as Brooklyn & mine is Fresno; the ivory ban is real & so are the penalties.

Maybe a less public approach to selling your cue is advisable and p.s. NJ banned ivory June 1, 2014.

I haven't heard of a single issue yet with either of those two states. I have asked for examples of problems involving cue sales in New York, New Jersey, California or Washington and the silence is deafening. If there were problems, believe me, AZ'ers would be the first to scream. And I am talking one cue - Ernie's case was different.
