yes that why i said joel to me makes the best case for his price. you cant get his quality in a full splice anywhere. i doesnt exist. he is the standard
any moron can make a good hitting plain jane or short splice cue. i have only been making cue for a little over year and my cues play good. the few ive made. the thing thats hard for me is the finish. from what i hear its a tough thing to master. im getting close though.
