I just put a tip on this one for a customer and I've never seen one before. I think its a cheaper cue[maybe] but it looks good and has very nice ring work. Handle and butt are tiger maple and the forearm is birds eye. The pins in the shaft and its 59.5 in. long and weighs in at 14.7 oz. As you can see its got a spider web insignia in the butt and an odd dot near the joint. And the bumper screws into wood i.e. no wt. bolt. What is it??? Don

Really i like it a lot .. Something new in the cue makes world..

Definitely not a snooker cue.
There were and still are many pool cues and carom cues with the joint pin on the shaft side.

Your are completely right, but i am not sure if there are carom cues with such big ferrules out there
For me it´s a pool cue, nearly 100 percent sure.
