Don't know Dutch, but my parents speak German, some of it is close. At like :58 he says something like, "Do you know how it's played?" Vergeht, 'how it goes, how it's played', verkeit or something in Dutch. Then he tells him the rules, at 1:10 or so, "niet" is don't, says 'niet parkiere', no idea, and 'niet massiere', no masses.
Imagine going into a bar and they have a barbox billiard table. Jaspers could probably run straight pool numbers on a table that size.
