Hey Tascarella experts - shaft treatment?

Does anyone know what Pete uses to treat his shafts so they come out with this super smooth, almost glass like feel?

Any before the typical smart a$$ comments come- I did try and ask Pete.
 
To have the glass like feel, you'd need to burnish the shaft. But some shaft conditioner or some liquid for shaft care. And wipe it on your shaft.
